Can I use Safe Exam Browser without internet access?

Classtime cannot be used with Safe Exam Browser without internet access.

Safe Exam Browser (SEB) is installed on a student device and can theoretically be used offline.

Classtime, however, requires internet access to synchronize student answers and session updates in real-time. Therefore, without internet access, Classtime cannot be used in combination with SEB.
